Adaptation of Regulations to Incorporate Swaps Under Dodd-Frank Act

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has proposed new rules to implement the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which established a comprehensive framework for swaps and security-based swaps, and repeals or amends existing provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act.
