FDA Announces Generic Animal Drug User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2011

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set the user fee rates for generic new animal drugs for fiscal year 2011, with fees ranging from $27,975 for a 50% payment plan to $92,600 for each abbreviated application. The agency will send invoices by December 31, 2010, with payments due within 30 days.
