CDC to Increase Funding for HIV Testing in Disproportionately Affected Populations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is expanding funding for HIV testing in state and local public health departments, with a focus on populations disproportionately affected by the disease, following additional funding from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
