HRSA Transfers F2F HIC Grant to Vermont Family Network

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is transferring the Vermont Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F HIC) grant to the Vermont Family Network, Inc. due to an organizational merger, ensuring continued health resources and support for families with children and youth with special health care needs in Vermont.
