Florida Patient Safety Corporation Voluntarily Delists from Patient Safety Organization Program

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has accepted the voluntary delisting of the Florida Patient Safety Corporation from the Patient Safety Organization (PSO) program, following its failure to meet the requirements of the Patient Safety Act and Patient Safety Rule.
