Bureau of Land Management Announces Environmental Impact Statement Process for HB Potash, LLC In-Situ Solution Mine Project

The Bureau of Land Management is initiating the process to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed HB Potash, LLC in-situ solution mine project in Eddy County, New Mexico, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
