Notice of Realty Action: Recreation and Public Purposes Act Classification, Lease and Conveyance of Public Land, Idaho

The City of Caldwell has submitted an application to acquire a 29.57-acre public land parcel under the Recreation and Public Purposes Act, with the intention of developing it into a public park. The Bureau of Land Management has evaluated the land and deemed it suitable for leasing or transferring ownership under the amended R&PP Act.
