Endangered Red-Cockaded Woodpecker Groups May Be Affected by Timber Harvesting in South Carolina

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is making available an incidental take permit application and habitat conservation plan for a timber harvesting project in Williamsburg County, South Carolina, which may incidentally harm two groups of endangered red-cockaded woodpeckers.
