U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Eradication of Nonnative Rats on Palmyra Atoll National Wildlife Refuge

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is planning to prepare an environmental impact statement to assess the potential effects of eradicating nonnative rats on the Palmyra Atoll National Wildlife Refuge, and is seeking public input on the scope of issues to consider in the study.
