North Dakota Regulatory Program Amendment Proposal

North Dakota is proposing to revise its regulatory program to reduce the revegetation responsibility period for lands eligible for mining from 10 years to 5 years, in line with federal regulations and to improve operational efficiency, and invites public comment on the proposed amendment.
