U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Revised Recovery Plan for Endangered Rio Grande Silvery Minnow

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released the first revised recovery plan for the endangered Rio Grande silvery minnow, which was listed in 1994 and previously underwent revisions in 1999 and 2003.
