NFA Authorized to Process Swap Dealer and Major Swap Participant Registration Applications

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has granted the National Futures Association the authority to manage the registration of swap dealers and major swap participants, effective January 19, 2012, in accordance with the Commodity Exchange Act and Commission regulations.
