U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reinstates Proposed Rule to List Flat-Tailed Horned Lizard as Threatened

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening a public comment period on its 1993 proposal to list the flat-tailed horned lizard as threatened under the Endangered Species Act, and will hold public hearings to gather more information and comments.
