U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Edwards Aquifer Recovery Implementation Program

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service plans to issue a draft Environmental Impact Statement to assess the potential environmental impacts of issuing permits to the Edwards Aquifer Recovery Implementation Program for taking seven endangered species incidentally during aquifer management activities.
