Los Vaqueros Reservoir Expansion Project in California Receives Final Environmental Impact Statement

The Bureau of Reclamation and Contra Costa Water District have completed the final environmental impact statement for the Los Vaqueros Reservoir Expansion, a proposed project to increase the reservoir's capacity from 100,000 acre-feet to 175,000 acre-feet or 160,000 acre-feet, with the latter primarily aimed at improving water supply reliability for the Contra Costa Water District.
