Bureau of Land Management to Issue Appealable Decision on Alaska Native Claims Settlement

The Bureau of Land Management will approve the conveyance of surface estate in certain Alaska lands to Leisnoi, Incorporated, with Koniag, Inc. receiving subsurface estate upon transfer to Leisnoi, Incorporated, in accordance with the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
