Westlands Water District to Negotiate Long-Term Repayment Contract with Bureau of Reclamation

The Bureau of Reclamation will initiate negotiations with the Westlands Water District of California to establish a long-term repayment contract for reimbursement of drainage facility construction costs, fulfilling the federal government's obligation to provide drainage services to the district.
