Renewal of Tribal Energy Resource Agreements Information Collection for Comment

The Office of Indian Energy and Economic Development is requesting public comment on the renewal of the Tribal Energy Resource Agreements (TERAs) information collection, which requires Indian tribes to provide certain information as part of the application and implementation of these agreements, and expires on March 31, 2010.
