Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Review Committee Finds Cultural Items Sacred and Belong to Tribes

The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Review Committee has made findings on 45 cultural items in the American Museum of Natural History's collection, determining they are sacred objects and part of the tribes' cultural patrimony, following requests from the San Carlos Apache Tribe and the White Mountain Apache Tribe.
