Notice of Availability of Final Environmental Impact Statement for UNEV Refined Liquid Petroleum Products Pipeline and Proposed Amendment to Pony Express Resource Management Plan
The Bureau of Land Management has made available a final environmental impact statement and proposed amendment to the Pony Express Resource Management Plan for the UNEV Refined Liquid Petroleum Products Pipeline, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
