Green Diamond Resource Company to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Habitat Conservation Plan and Incidental Take Permit

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is initiating a public scoping period for a proposed Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) related to a Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) and incidental take permit (ITP) for the Green Diamond Resource Company's forest management and timber operations in Del Norte and Humboldt Counties, California.
