MMS Invites Comments on Oil Spill Financial Responsibility Information Collection

The U.S. Minerals Management Service (MMS) is seeking public comment on a collection of information related to oil spill financial responsibility for offshore facilities, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, in order to obtain Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval.
