SEC and CFTC Plan to Renew Joint Committee on Emerging Regulatory Issues

The Chairmen of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) aim to extend the charter of the Joint CFTC-SEC Advisory Committee on Emerging Regulatory Issues, following unanimous consent from the respective Commissioners.
