Federal Transit Administration Announces FY 2010 Paul S. Sarbanes Transit in Parks Program Funding Opportunity

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is seeking proposals for $24.5 million in FY 2010 funding for the Paul S. Sarbanes Transit in Parks Program, which supports alternative transportation systems in federally-managed parks and public lands, and is administered by FTA in partnership with the U.S. Department of Interior and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service.
