CSX Transportation, Inc. and Delaware and Hudson Railway Company, Inc.-Joint Use Agreement

The Surface Transportation Board is considering a joint use agreement between CSX Transportation, Inc. and Delaware and Hudson Railway Company, Inc. for them to operate together under the New York Joint Use Agreement, with a final decision expected on October 22, 2010, and becoming effective on November 21, 2010.
