FMCSA Seeks Public Comment on RockTenn's HOS Exemption Request

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced that it is soliciting public comments on RockTenn's application for an exemption from the driver hours-of-service regulations, which would allow the company's shipping department employees and occasional CDL holders to work up to 16 hours per day and return to work with less than the required 10 consecutive hours off-duty.
