FHWA Requests Extension of Information Collection Activity

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is requesting an extension of its currently approved information collection, which was initially published in the Federal Register on May 19, 2010, and is now being forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal. This notice is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
