RailAmerica, Inc. and affiliates granted exemption to acquire control of Delphos Terminal Company, Inc. subject to labor protective conditions

The Board has granted an exemption to RailAmerica, Inc. and its affiliates, including Fortress Investment Group, LLC and RR Acquisition Holding, LLC, to acquire control of Delphos Terminal Company, Inc. subject to labor protective conditions, following an agreement with Central Railroad Company of Indianapolis to acquire the terminal company's shares.
