Rural Housing Service Proposes Additional Guarantee Form Under Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program

The Rural Housing Service is proposing an additional form of guarantee under the Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and effectiveness in managing the program, while continuing to offer existing guarantees on permanent loans and construction advances.
