US Food Stamp Program to Get Simplified Eligibility and Certification Rules Under FSRIA 2002

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule to simplify food stamp eligibility and certification requirements, allowing states more flexibility and better access to eligible populations, including those receiving child support payments and homeless households.
