USDA Publishes Proposed Rule on Stockyards Posting and Deposting

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration has published a proposed rule in the Federal Register on July 6, 2004, regarding the posting and deposting of stockyards, which includes a facility number overlap between Shamrock Livestock Commission in Texas and Texas Cattle Exchange, Inc. in Texas.
