Forest Service to Prepare Supplemental Draft EIS for Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project

The US Forest Service will review the environmental impacts of the Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project, which aims to deliver electricity from new wind energy projects in eastern Kern County, and make a decision on a Special Use authorization for the project.
