USDA Proposes Updates to Biobased Product Procurement Guidelines

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing to update its guidelines for federal procurement of biobased products, adding nine categories of items that would be eligible for preference, including disposable tableware and office paper, and setting minimum biobased content requirements for each category.
