Availability of Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Conservation Reserve Program

The Farm Service Agency (FSA), acting on behalf of the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC), has released a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) to assess the environmental implications of changes to the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) mandated by the 2008 Farm Bill. FSA is seeking public input on the Draft SEIS.
