Blueberry Promotion, Research, and Information Order Withdrawal

The U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council has withdrawn a proposed rule to increase the assessment rate on highbush blueberry producers and importers from $12 to $24 per ton, following comments received in opposition to the proposed increase.
