US Department of Agriculture to Implement Trade Adjustment Assistance for Farmers Program

The US Department of Agriculture is issuing an interim rule to immediately implement the Trade Adjustment Assistance for Farmers program, which was reauthorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, and will open a 30-day comment period for public input.
