U.S. Adopts Final Rule on Agricultural Inspection and User Fees Along U.S./Canada Border

The U.S. government has finalized a rule requiring inspections and user fees for imported fruits and vegetables from Canada, as well as commercial vessels, trucks, and air passengers, to prevent the introduction of plant pests and animal diseases into the country.
