Mt. Ashland Ski Area Expansion Project Faces New Hurdle After Court Ruling

The US District Court has ruled in favor of the Forest Service, allowing the Mt. Ashland Ski Area expansion project to proceed, pending correction of environmental violations found in a previous court ruling.
