USDA Announces Funding Availability and Grant Application Deadlines for Distance Learning and Telemedicine Program

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS), an agency of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), has announced the application window for the Distance Learning and Telemedicine (DLT) grant program for Fiscal Year 2010, along with the available funding and changes to the scoring process due to the expiration of Empowerment Zone and Enterprise Community designations.
