FSIS Proposes New Regulations for Meat and Poultry Establishments

The Food Safety and Inspection Service is proposing new regulations requiring meat and poultry establishments to promptly notify the appropriate office of adulterated or misbranded products, maintain recall procedures, and document process control plan reassessments.
