USDA Forest Service to Revise Land Management Plans for Malheur, Umatilla, and Wallowa-Whitman National Forests

The USDA Forest Service is revising the land management plans for the Malheur, Umatilla, and Wallowa-Whitman National Forests in Oregon and Washington, as required by the National Forest Management Act, and will also prepare an environmental impact statement for the revised plans.
