U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Flow Cytometry Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service is issuing a notice of intent to grant an exclusive license to Genetics & IVF Institute of Fairfax, Virginia, for U.S. Patent No. 5,985,216, which was issued on November 16, 1999, for a 'Flow Cytometry Nozzle for High Efficiency Cell Sorting'.
