Southeastern Power Administration Proposes Rate Adjustment for Georgia-Alabama-South Carolina System of Projects

Southeastern Power Administration is proposing a 5-year rate adjustment for the Georgia-Alabama-South Carolina System of Projects, effective October 1, 2010, through September 30, 2015, and invites public review and comment on the proposed rates and supporting studies.
