FERC Revises Regulations for Small Power Production and Cogeneration Facilities
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is updating its rules for small power production and cogeneration facilities, removing outdated forms and streamlining the certification process, while also introducing exemptions and new technologies to reduce burdens on applicants and the Commission.
