Boulder Canyon Project-Post-2017 Application of the Energy Planning and Management Program Power Marketing Initiative

The Western Area Power Administration (Western), Desert Southwest Region, a Federal power marketing agency of the Department of Energy (DOE), is extending the comment period regarding the application of the Energy Planning and Management Program (Program) Power Marketing Initiative (PMI) (10 CFR part 905) to the Boulder Canyon Project (BCP). This Federal Register notice extends the comment period for the proposed application of the PMI to the BCP and all other proposals contained in Western's November 20, 2009, Federal Register notice.
