Office of International Regimes and Agreements; Proposed Subsequent Arrangement

The Office of International Regimes and Agreements is issuing a notice under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 regarding a proposed subsequent arrangement with the Government of India concerning peaceful uses of nuclear energy. The proposed arrangement aims to establish conditions for reprocessing or altering nuclear material transferred under the 123 Agreement.
