DOE Amends Acquisition Regulation to Conform to FAR, Update References
The Department of Energy (DOE) is updating its Acquisition Regulation (DEAR) to align with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), remove outdated provisions, and update references, without changing the underlying rights and obligations under current law.
