Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Approves Class Deviation for Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program

The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy has approved a class deviation for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program, allowing EECBG Program Managers to streamline financial assistance agreements using Recovery Act funding for state, city, county, and tribal recipients, and to review budget submittals for consistency with OMB Cost Principles and NEPA requirements.
