H.Q. Energy Services (U.S.) Inc. Seeks Renewal of Electric Energy Export Authority

H.Q. Energy Services (U.S.) Inc. has submitted a request to the U.S. government to renew its permit to export electricity from the United States to Canada, as required by the Federal Power Act.
