Energy Information Administration Proposes Change to Data Confidentiality for Annual Nonutility Power Producer Report
The Energy Information Administration (EIA) is proposing to shift the data confidentiality protection for the 'Annual Nonutility Power Producer Report' Form EIA-867 from 'protected' to 'public', allowing for greater transparency and access to the data.
